Personal Data Processing Consent

1. Consent

By ticking the consent checkbox and submitting a request through the website chigrinov.ru, I freely, specifically, knowingly and consciously give consent to Sole Proprietor Alexander Aleksandrovich Chigrinov, OGRNIP 319911200039265, Tax ID 910410520533 (the “Operator”) to process my personal data.

This consent is given in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

2. Data Covered by This Consent

• name and/or surname, if provided;
• email address, phone number, Telegram account, WhatsApp contact or other contact information;
• company or website address, if provided;
• description of the task, project or business process;
• technical information connected with submitting the form: date, time and source page of the request.

3. Purposes of Processing

The Operator processes personal data to:

• respond to the request and contact me using the contact details I provided;
• discuss potential cooperation and clarify the task;
• prepare a commercial proposal, estimate, brief or technical specification;
• enter into and perform an agreement if cooperation is confirmed;
• keep records of communication in order to protect the rights and lawful interests of the Operator and the User.

4. Processing Actions

The consent covers collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer where necessary to process the request, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data, performed with and without automation tools.

5. Term and Withdrawal

This consent is valid for 3 years from the date of the last interaction with the Operator, unless another period is required by law or by an agreement concluded with the User.

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a request to chigrinoff.a@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
